Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sundaydle. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please play with a parent or guardian's permission.

Signing in is optional. If you create an account, you're responsible for activity under it and for keeping access to your email secure. You can reset your progress in Settings or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Play fair. Don't cheat, automate or script gameplay, scrape or overload the service, abuse other players, or try to break or reverse-engineer the game. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Coins, XP, levels, mastery stars and unlocks are part of the game only. They have no real-world or monetary value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as we improve the game. Everything is earnable for free, there is no paywall.

Sundaydle is an unofficial, fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL) or any of its teams. Team names, player names, and statistics are used as factual references for trivia. The Sundaydlename, logo and original design are ours; please don't copy them.

If you choose to support us via Ko-fi, donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and grant no special rights or in-game advantages.

Sundaydleis provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the game will always be available, error-free, or that question data is complete or accurate.

Sundaydleis a work in progress. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, packs, questions or the whole game at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll try not to break your day.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sundaydleand its maker won't be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. This is a free game played for fun. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory law (including consumer-protection law) that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules of the country you live in. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
